Toasted Sriracha Garbanzos / Chickpeas Recipe (Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Vegan)

Toasted Sriracha Garbanzos

 

Ingredients:

1 can garbanzo beans (chickpeas)

1-2 tablespoons coconut oil

3 tablespoons sriracha sauce (or hot sauce of choice)

2 tablespoons nutritional yeast

1 teaspoon garlic powder

 

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

Drain and rinse garbanzo beans. Dry by rubbing gently with a clean dish towel.

When oven is preheated melt coconut oil in 9″ x 13″ baking dish in the oven.

When melted, stir in garbanzos to coat.

Add sriracha sauce, nutritional yeast, and garlic powder and stir well.

Bake 30 to 40 minutes until crispy, stirring every 15 minutes or so.
