Cilantro Lime Dip

This yummy, vegan Cilantro Lime Dip can be used for sweet potato fries, chips, veggies, or tacos. I’ve used it as a delicious spread on veggie sandwiches. It can also be thinned out with more water and used as a salad dressing.

Cilantro Lemon/Lime Dip

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup tahini
  • 1/2 cup – 3/4 cup water
  • 4 T lime (or lemon) juice
  • sea salt to taste
  • 2 T diced green onions
  • 4 T cilantro, chopped fine

Directions:

  1. Blend the tahini, water, lemon/lime juice, and salt in a Magic Bullet, Nutribullet or small food processor until desired texture. Use water to thin or lemon juice to thicken.
  2. Stir in green onions and cilantro at the end.
