A Taste of Spring Smoothie Cleanse + Peach-Mango-Mint Smoothie Recipe

The signs of spring are all around. Buds are appearing on branches, spring-blooming flowers are making their debut, and the air has that fresh hint of newness.

Spring is a time of growth and new beginnings ~ Forgetting the old and pressing on to the new.

Throw off everything that hinders

It’s a time to throw off the sludge and dreariness of winter and perhaps get rid of less-than-beneficial habits that we’ve accumulated over the past few months.

I’m busily planning a month-long spring refresh and reset program to be announced later this month, but in the meantime I’d like to invite you to join me in a short FREE 7-day Taste of Spring Smoothie Cleanse. This simple program is designed to cleanse your body and refresh your palate, but also to support you in starting one new healthy habit. You can totally do this at your own pace and customize it to your needs and desires.

For the food portion, the idea is that you would do at least one “clean” smoothie a day.  Some people might just add this smoothie to their current diet. Others might choose to do all smoothies for the full ten days. Others might fall somewhere in between. For me a clean smoothie means mainly fruit and greens with some healthy fats. Or it could be a “soup” of blended vegetables. For you it could mean something slightly different. I will provide a set of recipe ideas before the cleanse starts, which you are free to use or you can use your favorites. I will provide a private Facebook group for you to share your favorite smoothies (and pictures of you enjoying them!) 🙂

The other part of this “cleanse” is throwing off whatever might be hindering you and replacing it with something new and healthy. Sometimes it’s difficult to make changes without support, especially if we aren’t surrounded by people who are also interested in changing and growing. Whether it’s drinking more water, giving up sugar, or starting an exercise routine, our group will be a safe place for you to share your progress and challenges and to have people celebrate successes.

I’d love to have you join me and others who are ready for refreshing and renewing for A Taste of Spring. This program will start on Monday, March 14 and run through Sunday, March 20.
